When you registered your website or blogger in google webmaster tools, GWT ask you to verify your blogger in GWT. it offer you two option first to create a page with a name which is provided by GWT & second method is to add meta tag in your blogspot. blogspot did not accept first method, so we have only one choice - add meta tag in your blogger, now i told you the step by step process how to add meta tag in blogspot.

Visit Blogger.com & log in your blogger account & than click in 'Layout' on your dashboard, see the below pic











Now click on 'Edit html' see in below pic to know exactly.
