Here i tell you, how can you create blogger -
first open one gmail email account by visiting www.gmail.com, after that
visit- www.blogger.com
than click "create your blog now" & than simply follow the instruction.
after creating the successfully blogger, your next step is to submit your blog in google webmaster tools.
google webmaster tools help to improve your blogger traffic.
