just simply follow the instruction.

First choose the photo or make your own logo and button using cooltext.com

upload your image in any photo hosting websites, i suggest - photobucket.com

After uploading your photo, you get your image photo url address

My image url address is - http://i494.photobucket.com/albums/rr305/nayannew/cooltext407213780.png.

To display this image URL, you only add a little code in your image url.

If you want to resize the image, just add the value of width and hight. For example :
